Varsity Assistant Rowing Coach 

Who You Are

The Episcopal Academy rowing program, a talented and highly competitive program, is seeking an assistant rowing coach for the remaining 2024 fall season and the 2025 spring season. The assistant coach will assist the head coach and work closely with other assistant coaches to develop high-school-level rowers in a competitive sculling and sweep program.

About You

The ideal candidate for the Varsity Assistant Rowing Coach  at The Episcopal Academy will possess the following:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Effective interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Available from 3:45 PM -6:15 PM Monday through Friday.
  • Previous coaching experience.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and varying athletic skill levels.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SafeSport and US Rowing Level 1 coaching certification.
  • Previous high school or college rowing experience. 
  • Passion for coaching and competing.
