About Cranaleith
Gaelic for “sanctuary of trees,” Cranaleith is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that offers serene and rejuvenating space to those who wish to reflect on what matters deeply in their lives, renew their spirit for life and work, or restore themselves from life’s traumas. Individuals and groups are invited to participate in retreats and other programs offered in a spirit-rekindling environment of well-being, respect, and harmony.
About the Role
Cranaleith seeks a mission-driven, creative, and strategic thinker to develop and manage a broad range of development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate knows the principles and practices of nonprofit development, has excellent relationship-building skills, and excels in working on multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing multiple agendas. They know best practices and trends in data-driven marketing, brand management, and public relations. This person will clearly articulate Cranaleith’s mission, interests, and needs, and build a strong social and business presence to best represent Cranaleith to donors and effectively build positive working relationships within and outside the Cranaleith community. Extensive collaboration with the Executive Director.
Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Nonprofit experience and skills in donor management systems and marketing tools (eTapestry, Adobe Suite, Canva, Meta preferred.) Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be exceptionally organized, accurate, and flexible. Google certification and knowledge of website CMS programs, SEO, and spiritual practices are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site at the Philadelphia location with occasional regional travel
Report to: Executive Director
Pay: $75 to 80K per year
