Instructor of Physics
The Hill School Mission: The Hill School prepares young people from across the country and around the world for college, careers, and life. Within a family school environment and a rigorous liberal arts curriculum, we challenge our young people to work hard; think and reason; be fulfilled; serve the common good; and be prepared to lead as citizens of the world, uniquely guided by our motto, "Whatsoever Things Are True."
Working closely with other members of the department, this teacher will be responsible for classroom instruction, curriculum design, laboratory and class preparation, and taking full instructional advantage of the Shirley Quadrivium Center, Hill's new STEM facility that opened in August 2020. The Quadrivium Center provides the modern technology, lab spaces, and additional resources that teachers and students rely upon for an ideal learning environment. The Hill School Science Department has designed its own multi-tiered and integrated approach to science courses, including Integrated Science, that lead to advanced offerings.
