Part-time Accountant

Linden Hall, an all-girls school established in 1746, located in beautiful downtown Lititz, Pennsylvania, is looking for an experienced part-time staff accountant. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years accounting experience in a non-profit environment (independent/private school preferred)
• Sound knowledge of Non-Profit Accounting standards – preferably for Independent Schools
• MS Office Experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Attention to Detail
• Time Management, Prioritization and Organizational Skills
• Confidentiality

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monthly Journal Entries to General Ledger
• Reconciliation of GL accounts
• Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Student Billing
• Business Office Procedures
