Position Title: Weekend Porter

Reports to: Director of Facilities; Athletics Administrator
Position Purpose: Provide support during weekend events by assisting with security duties such as monitoring entrances, helping direct guests, and ensuring a safe environment, as well as performing clerical tasks like checking in attendees, answering questions, and handling basic administrative responsibilities.
Essential Functions
· Assist with weekend events, both indoors and outdoors.
· Performs building security and proper opening and lock procedures to support a safe and secure campus environment (weekends).
· Perform three security tours of the interior facility and larger campus to secure all areas and prevent prohibited use of fields.
· Receive and log packages and deliver them to appropriate locations
· Sorts and distributes mail. Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
· Associates degree preferred.
· Microsoft® Office proficiency; willingness to learn new programs and applications.
· Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
· Weekend and evening availability.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
· Work generally performed in a traditional climate-controlled office environment.
· Moderate physical activity; ability to be mobile and lift up to 25-lbs a distance of 25-feet; regularly sit, talk, and hear; use close and distance vision; work at a desk and computer screen for extended periods of time.
