Position Overview:
The Academy of Notre Dame de Namur, an independent Catholic day school for girls in grades 6-12 located in Villanova, Pennsylvania, is seeking a part-time Learning Support Administrative Assistant for the 2025–2026 school year. The Learning Support Administrative Assistant will be a team member of the Student Support and Well-Being Team and provide organizational and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Position Type: Hourly, Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week, schedule to be determined)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the Student Support and Well-Being Team with scheduling, communication, organization, and supervising Middle and Upper School students in the testing center.
  • Schedule individual student assessments and maintain calendar invites for testing through Google Calendar.
  • Assist with data entry and general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing resources.
  • Coordinate communication between the Learning Support team, faculty, and students as needed.  
  • Assist with additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.
  • Help us coordinate/access our inhouse services (Schedule for the DCIU, Writing Center, NHS tutoring)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required 
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred, especially in a school setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with photocopying and scanning.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, flexible, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Hourly rate; commensurate with experience.
  • Position is for the 2025–2026 school year.
