AIM Academy is seeking a Lower School (1st-5th Grade) classroom teacher to join our summer faculty. AIM Academy’s Summer Enrichment Program is focused on tapping into the unique characteristics of children who learn differently and those who would benefit from hands-on, small-group instruction during the summer months. The ideal candidate will have classroom experience with elementary-age students in reading, writing, and math. Experience with the Wilson Reading System is preferred, but not required. An ideal candidate for this position would also have experience working with children with language-based learning differences. This position is for AIM’s four-week 2026 Summer Enrichment Program which serves rising 1st-12th graders from throughout the Philadelphia area. Hours of responsibility are 8:45 am to 12:45 pm, Monday through Friday. The session begins on Monday, July 6, 2026 and ends on Friday, July 31, 2026.
