Assistant Coach for JV Girls Soccer
Westtown seeks an experienced Assistant Coach for the JV Girls Soccer program. The fall coaching season runs from September 8 through November 6, 2026. This is a part-time, afternoon position compensated with a stipend.
Reporting to the Director of Athletics, Westtown coaches foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture that supports student-athletes' development both on and off the field of play. Westtown coaches are responsible for teaching sport-specific fundamentals and advanced skills, planning and leading organized and engaging practices, and implementing effective game strategies that promote individual growth and team success.
Successful coaches serve as teachers and role models, inspiring student-athletes to pursue a high level of success while emphasizing sportsmanship, self-discipline, resilience, self-confidence, and a healthy perspective on competition and teamwork. Through their leadership, coaches cultivate pride in personal and team accomplishments and help students develop habits and values that extend beyond athletics.
