Friends Select School is seeking a Seasonal Admission Associate to provide high-volume seasonal support to the Admission Office during the busiest portion of the admission cycle. This temporary position is anticipated to run from October 2026 through March 10, 2027, working five days per week, with the greatest need occurring during the peak admission season. Typically the Associate will work 25-30 hours per week, with a high of 40 hours per week during the height of the admissions season in January.
The role will initially focus on Lower School admission, with an emphasis on prospective family interviews, campus tours, applicant visits, and play dates. As the admission cycle progresses, the position will provide broader support across Lower, Middle, and Upper School admissions, including interviews, events, tours, applicant programming, and administrative support.
The Seasonal Admission Associate will serve as an important representative of Friends Select and should be able to communicate the school’s mission, Quaker values, educational philosophy, programs, and community in a warm and authentic manner. Additional work may be available at other points during the year either in Admissions or other departments at the School.
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr
