La Salle seeks an HR Coordinator for Pennsylvania’s leading Catholic day school for boys grades 9-12. The HR Coordinator is responsible for partnering with school leadership to understand and execute the full spectrum of HR disciplines (including employee lifecycle, benefits, compensation, regulatory compliance, training, and conflict resolution) across 250+ part-time, full-time, contracted employees, and 100+ volunteers. The ideal candidate will also empower leadership with strategic guidance and tactical support in response to organizational needs and, changes in regulatory requirements.
As a member of the Business Office, you will also support the Chief Financial Officer with various projects and, the Controller with the annual audit.
